Easy access trout fishing (Ebensburg area)

Hi! My name is Helen and I'm 71. I was in a car accident and my knees still haven't recovered. I'm looking for trout fishing spots that are easy to get to. I use a spinning rod and also fly fish. I like to go to Confluence on the Yough, but that's a fair distance for me. I'm in the Ebensburg area. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
