Lefthook: Well, fisherman I am sure you know that where ever the fish are, they, like us, have to eat on a regular schedule in order to have the energy they need.
So, for humans, if you hang around the door of a cafe you are likely to see a lot of human traffic. The same for fish, if you know where the bait school is located. I apologize for being silly or simplistic, but those are the facts. Find the bait school your target fish follow and you will find your fish.
Now, after you find the bait, if you can offer the same bait you are most likely to be successful. If not, a lure that closely immitates the bait, will often work. Just Sayin...RJS

If there is no one on this site that is from your area that can offer you the answer to your question I will always recommend that you find the nearest bait and tackle shop. They can recommend fishing locations, What tackle to use and sell you the bait needed. Good luck, And please post how your day goes.
