Good morning fly, seen a lot of post here of late and in my own on goings that sometimes one needs to take a step back and take note.

Can still have a good day and that i wish for you too my friend. Turn on the news if we think we are having a bad day. Our thoughts would change within seconds.

As I observe what is going on around me and around the world it is easy to long for a time when I thought life was better and simpler. Is it easier to lie in bed and close my eyes and remember a past sunrise that was particularly glorious? Yup! If I did that I might be able to be content for a bit and not have to struggle through the snap, crackle and pop of stiffened joints but I’ve never seen a sunrise that has not, at some point, been eclipsed by a different one. If I spend my time on the remembering instead of going thru the unstiffening, I just might miss the best one yet. I don’t want to take that chance……
