How is fishing from shore at Chatfield res .for. Walleye?or do ya need a boat? I've never been there but thinking ,its closer than big mac in neb.

I've fished Chatfield several times of the shore and have caught catfish over by the damn,but I didn't get any walleye

I have fished Chatfield caught lots of small mouth bass. I have not got any Walleyes, Cherrycreek and Boyd lake ,Union res and Stanley lake is my best places to catch walleyes.
