Reminds me of the question I always ask my vegetarian friends about....so why ?.... if they ACTUALLY adamantly oppose the "killing of animals"..... do they make "the plant-based substitute" LOOK like the animals that they wish to "save" (as in, not be eating "Tom the Turkey", who might've been a farm family pet, at one time ?) ??

ie: TOFURKEY, burger meat, "chicken strips" of tofu, "PORK CHOPS", "STEAKS", and just seen on 'Shark Tank' this past Friday evening...... seaweed-based "BACON" !!!!
They clearly don't seem to understand the BASIC TENETS of the message they are trying to impart to us carnivores, apparently.


Wonder if I could get any traction if I pitched a product that was flowers made of frosting, like on a cake, and promoted them to act as a substitute for live roses, carnations, etc. in bouquets and corsages, in order to "Save the Flowers so Mother Nature can breathe their pleasant aromas".....can we continue to deny "Her" that right, by continually cutting and shipping before the blooms even open ?
No, of course not... that's just cruelly teasing Her, isn't it ?...lol....plus, unlike the flowers some 'daring chefs' try adding to "enhance" my over-priced entree... these would actually be tasty !

.... just a thought or two on a lazy Sunday morning.....

So these people, don't have a problem in ripping the baby carrots from the parent. Or slicing the head of cabbage, taking the heart out of an artichoke, and taking the skin right off a potato. Don't forget how they stomp on grapes, to satisfy their taste for wine. I don't want to thank of them slicing a melon up, only to eat the inside. Leather, hmmm I wonder if they know where that comes from.

Yeah.... always funny to see the gal who is so vocal and self-righteous about "going vegan".... showing off her new "Dooney & Burke", or "9 West", or "Gucci" purse, or new "Louboutin" heels with the red soles, to her buddies.
