has anyone had any luck on stripers in rio vista ?. I heard they are catching them in the american so they should be stacking up in rio

I will have a report for you from Rio Vista on Sunday. Fishing a derby in that area tomorrow.

My brother went out from Loch Lomond in San Rafael and fished the Marin Islands and up to the Pinole Pier and back by the brickyards, and they got a couple of keepers. They were actually chasing halibut, but caught nothing but the stripers. He said it was not great but OK. They did not get up as far as Rio Vista, though.
