Question 1, will he get out of bed at his usual time , or roll over and smile.,

Question 2. Will he say, I hope this isn't an April fools day, and I have to get up and get to work.

Question 3. Will he say, TGIF and take the day off and do nothing.

Okay, I'll stop. Congratulations Fred on your retirement.

To answer # 1 By now his internal alarm clock has him up i bet.

# 2 He may give it a thought until the Mrs pulls the covers back over them.

# 3 He will say TGIG is it to cold to go fishing.

It's your day Fred. Watch someone else go to work.

Yeah Grizz, before I retired and the first day of the new school year they’d play the Eagles “Boys of Summer”.

Thanks everyone for the good wishes for the future.
1) Yes, I woke up at the normal time even without the alarm clock. Wind was blowing and it was still raining, so I got up, took a pee, and dove back under the covers and slept till 7:45. Been on the Stage catching up till now.
Hopefully I'll get to wet a line tomorrow, if it calms down a little. The long range spring forecast is for wetter than normal weather, but hopefully it at least warms up to normal temperatures.
Thanks again everybody.

Not yet Kandy. We can't catch a break on the weather up here. Probably uncover it , fire it up, and reinstall all the gear and systems next weekend. We're getting a late start due to the weather. Hopefully take her out for a shakedown run the following week. Now that time is not an issue, there's no reason to be uncomfortable. You guys will be the first to know when it happens.
