Well, now that we are living in a senior citizen center, and I look around at meal time, wondering why all these old people are doing here, the realize that at 87 I am probably as old, or older than most of the rest. Just Sayin...RJS

Well, getting the faster momentum, i.e. running is not hard, it just leads to the problem of falling. Even that isn't the worst thing I have experienced, which is after you fall, in getting back up! That is why we are all issued an emergency call button which we wear around our neck. When you are down and cannot get up you will appreciate these call buttons. Just Sayin...RJS
