Ivey Loc: South Central Tennessee, Tim's Ford Lake

Got out for a few hours today and the wind did blow, 10 to 15 out of the east blowing across every point I wanted to fish. Caught 4 Smallmouth two little guys fat as pigs and two 17" & 18". Hooked one BIG grass carp and fought it for about 30 minutes, got it up next to the boat twice close enough to touch but it wasn't giving up to a hand landing. Finally took a hard run and I cupped the spool and let it break my 4 pound test, fun but now mu wrist is sore.
