I am not a catfisherman, but there are a bunch of them on here who may be along, soon with stink bait recipes, etc. Check your regulations as apparently big cats eat bluegills, so you may want to try those if it is legal to do so. I know cats like slack water, so look for eddies and deep pools as the wait for food to drift by. Good luck!
