Florida guppy

I lucked into this one at dusk on a neighbor lake in Winter Garden, Florida. Inhaled a wacky worm rig on my last cast (it was my fourth “last cast” of the evening). Fortunately a fellow angler was there to help me land it. He also had a pocket scale so it weighed approximately 7.5 lb. Florida considers bass over 8 lb worthy of recognition so naturally I released it to fight again. Hopefully a young angler will tie into this or in a year or two.

AzRando71: Well GOOD on you! I too believe in at least half dozen 'last casts'! The old fisherman's rule is go fishing as often as you can, stay as long as you can, and make a lot of 'last casts!' Just Sayin...RJS
