no connction other than it forced the news and politicians to focus on war vs c***d which usefulness politically had ended and was increasingly was conter productive. i hink you are right his war may go on for a long time and may spread and become much wider in scope. hard to tell as in all wars the t***h of what is going on is hard to know.

Two weeks after the war began the mandates started disappearing. Even in Oregon. Of course they just did it because Washington said they were going to. Coincidence? And I'm hopeful this war will end soon is all.

The schedule for ending mask mandates in Oregon, was laid out WEEKS and WEEKS AGO..... like late December or early January, long before the Ukrainian invasion.

But hey, CH.... never pass up on a chance to throw shade at Oregon once more..... it's what you live for, apparently......so very sad.....go feed an elk, or do something useful for a change....hell, just fish.

“Scheduled” doesn’t amount to much until that “scheduled” event is implemented. Why schedule something and not put it to work? And let me ask you this since you are so well versed on all events in our country. How is it a person can schedule the end of a p******c?
As for the second part here, that’s why we should not believe everything we read in the media. Funny we don’t have any mandates and haven’t had for over a year and as bad as the media makes it sound there’s nobody sick and dying around here. Strange huh? 🤔 McCall Idaho, which is heavily owned and operated by folks from Oregon and Washington is the ONLY place in my “new” state that has or has ever had any issues with c***d. And did you know c***d was introduced to my “new” state by a group of people from your wonderful state who had it and decided to have a huge wedding party in Salmon Idaho? We’d like to thank you and yours for sharing. 👍
