TRIGGER FINGER AND SURF FISHING

Recently I ran across an aide that solved my problem of cut fingers, tape on casting finder, and resulting in longer casts.
Instead of going into lengthy details, I'll post a picture and a link to a fisherman, with a sense of humor, that explains its use. (you'll have to skip the ad)

BTW, I opted to anchor the trigger a bit higher than what this guy suggested, where my finger normally puts pressure on the line.

They work very well.. Also they allow you to put extra power into the cast with confidence knowing you 're not going to cut your finger and getting a longer cast.. I have one that glows in the dark..

Ya I mentioned about that the other day when someone talked about triggers on spinning reels
How did it work for you I had seen the video and was thinking to get one for my surf rod πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸŽ£πŸ˜€πŸ‘

The trigger worked great, had to make some adjustments on casting but sure added to distance.
Posting results on FS today.
