Welcome to the stage Dan. Sorry I can't help but others maybe along. If not start a new thread with white perch fishing in Delaware. You might check with local bait shops and local DNR. Google and YouTube are great resources also. Good luck with your fishing and share pics when ya can š

Oh there's a few of us here Fly. I've never fished white perch before though. Mostly salt. Do plan on trying this spring tho. Local bait shop said to hit any of the creeks along the Delaware Ri er/Bay
I live in coastal Virginia so I do not know the specifics of fishing Delaware but try any tidal creeks and rivers up to the fall line. Use small jigs and grubs, grass shrimp or worms. Small coastal ponds and lakes can also harbor White Perch.
Hey Dan I'm on the eastern shore of MD around the Denton area and they are starting to pick up a few at the head of the choptank River and the Chester River my thing with the perch run is st. Patrick day good luck
They've been getting nice perch off of Woodland Beach. I'm heading there in the morning to give it a try.

Never tried woodland beach. Whata a good area to investigate.
Iām from Delaware and usually go to Maryland, Denton, for white perch lots of fun with ultra light tackle,,
