Welcome to the group, KenC :-) I love fishing and camping at Collins Lake. I caught a 10lb Mt. Lassen Trout there a few Novembers ago. I've been catching 5 to 8 lbers. there since going. I don't mind the fees because it keeps that lake and campsites, pristine :-)
BTW, we have not seen your picture of your hog. I also fish from a Hobie kayak and was on the National Hobie Fishing Team :-) Good times!

Always enjoy a trip to Collins, took the kids there for late fall vacations every year. Good memories, still enjoying it in retirement with my boys and now the grandkids.
