Hello all, I'm new to this app. I live in southeast Texas. I fish fresh & salt. I've been commercial and recreational. Now just recreational. I love the great outdoors, my wife and kids/Family, Hunting/Fishing, God & Guns. I stand for my beliefs and will fight to the death for my freedoms. I am not a sport fisherman! I provide for my family and others with all I catch, kill or grow.

We have not eaten all of her as of yet but she is losing weight fast!😂 she's been battered, beaten and drowned in roux. We like chunks about 1 1/2" squared, egg wash then fish fry or added to my seafood gumbo. I've tried it in ceviche, soup, baked and sprinkled over salads. BBQed. 😋

I caught her on bottom on a 7' light-medium duty uglystik, Shimano 4000 spincast, (redfish) steel leader w/9o straight hook and a 10" mullet for bait.
