You can check out the porta-bote boats. They've got 10' to 18' sizes and they all fold up. That way you can fold the boat up and take it to your bedroom. How's that? Can't get it any closer. Check it out, Porta-bote.com.

Regardless of size and make, I suggest you have an authorized dealer check it out. There could be things not visible to the eye they would find. Just sayin...RJS
