Wife made some gombo with Canadian Goose, Link Deer Sausage and Shrimp. We harvest it all. Dessert was Lemon Curd Tiramisu with our lemons. Man was it good.

So do I, when I was working a couple of brothers made wildlife gumbo with shrimp ot was very good. It had rabbit, squirrel, venison, and shrimp and maybe oysters but I'm not sure about that
