As an avid Nor Cal Turkey hunter, Bass and Striper angler, when I see Mother Nature's sign in the pics below I know:
Between now and the first week of June every day off is booked.
The honey do list becomes the honey don't make me laugh list.
Preacher will be by my house checking on me. "Haven't seen you at Church for a while."
My employer will be paying me to use Google Earth, maps and other resources for things not related to work.
When I do get a chance to mow the yard the grass will be high every time.
If I bother at all to get a haircut my hair will be long.
I'll become firmly convinced that I need to purchase an expensive item or two.
I will cuss the wind like it can hear me.
I'll see amazing things like a female bass so big she makes the 5 and 7 lb males around her look like 12 inch keepers.
I know it is the best time of each and every year.

Nebraska. My phone is pretty old now. Pictures are from Near Scott’s Bluff. I think the picture is something to do with the Oregon trail. It was a National Park. Son and I drove up the road to the lookout. It was really cool.

It still amazes me how many clothes Ginger, Mary Ann and Mrs Howell took on a 3 hour tour! 🤦🏼‍♂️😂

As for Mother Nature…probably when the robins and the waterfowl start to migrate North (always a couple weeks too early).

Agreed Plum. When we were in Tahoe that is what did it for me. We always have a robin nest on our property. Fun to watch them.

Here

Might be looking where my ashes will end up. The other option may be to Prop Me Up Beside The Jukebox.

When I lived there it was illegal to dump your ashes on BLM in central Oregon which is where that is. You might wanna check into that. You could probably dump them on your little two acre parcel up there in the scrub brush but where you took the picture is all BLM on the way in to your “ranch” off of the George Millican cut across to Prineville Oregon from Highway 20. Be careful out there. Lots of meth heads in your area. 😬. Of course you knew that I’m sure.
