I’m figuring they are pretty small circuits. Too bad it’s not under warranty. I have the same unit but I’m still pretty happy with it. Barely learning to use it. Seems like a college course is needed. I think the younger generations than myself would be a lot better at programming it. Well I know they are.

Hello ugly fish. I have one of those units on the front of my small boat. I have the Hook 7 (I think) on the rear. I had trouble with the hook 7 & found a great service shop in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. If I can find the book that came with the hook 2 tomorrow I'll PM you & send it to you. I found Lowrance customer service pretty good.

If I can manage to put a 12” small monitor on it I come out about a grand ahead!

I thought you were experiencing mechanical or electrical problems with your unit. My manual on the unit won't help you with what you're attempting. Good luck.
