Did every body get their free (tax funded) crack pipes yet? Can’t afford gas to get to work but, by golly, we can get a free crack pipe. All those Biden supporters must be proud. Sure seems to me our tax dollars could be spent in more productive ways than promoting drug abuse. Joe has come up with a way to get more v**ers on his side that’s for sure. Invite millions of illegal border crossers in and now lure the drug addicts to side with him. Our country is, rapidly, becoming the laughing stock of the world. Embarrassing to say we have a president like this and I thought the Clintons and obamas were bad. 🙄

Looked it up, original article stated it was to advance racial e******y so snopes gave it a mostly false because that was only “secondary consideration”…….
The “Mostly False” fact-check began by listing “What’s True”:
In 2022, a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services substance abuse harm reduction grant did require recipients to provide safer smoking kits to existing drug users. In distributing grants, priority would be given to applicants serving historically underserved communities
Then, under “What’s False,” Snopes added:
This was just one of around 20 components of the grant program and far from its most prominent or important one, despite being the primary focus of outraged news reports. The purpose of the program was to reduce harm and the risk of infection among drug users, not to advance racial equity, although that was a secondary consideration.

Kinda like spending trillions of dollars we don’t have wouldn’t add a penny to the deficit…..that came out of his mouth on national tv…and yet somehow it did.

They rolled put a program to give african Americans “ clean smoking kits” much like the clean needles program…when the news got out these kits contained clean glass pipes…the blowback forced them on the defensive…to deny that was they were in the original kits….and to blame republicans for it…just as they attempted to blame republicans for the defund the police nonsense once the crime wave went through the roof. If no,pipes were to be in these kits…what would be? Just a lighter?

The Caucus of African American Leaders of Anne Arundel County says several hundred crack pipes were recently handed out by public health workers to neighborhoods in the City of Annapolis and Brooklyn just south of Baltimore.
“Absolutely dumbfounded,” said Carl Snowden, Chairman of the Caucus. “It was inexcusable, unacceptable.”
