Is the gx2 spinning combo (6’6” Medium Power) with 10lb test monofilament good for catching fluke?

What are some good reels for $50-60?

The Okuma Avenger is a pretty good reel, and it's a baitfeeder, so it will tell you when you have a fish on by pulling drag. It has 2 drag settings, 1 is your main drag you use when fighting the fish, 2nd one is a weaker drag that lets the fish take the bait and run away with it, which will pull drag and the noise will alert you, so you can switch on to the main drag and reel him in

Caught some on mine last weekend. Wife came home and surprised me with the combo. It does the job and better than my previous pole. I don't like that the reel doesn't have an anti-reverse switch, so I don't think I'll be hauling in any monsters with it, but fluke are no problem. I did put 20lb mono on mine though, mainly so I could have a little heavier sinkers.

Penn feerce or Pejn Battle are both good fluke reels.
