First time I have heard of this, but I wonder what it is made of and what it does to the line, wear-wise?
Do you also have to, or should you disengage the line when fighting a fish?

Here's what I found on it.
https://www.amazon.com/LineDancer-Fishing-Dancing-Device-Spinning/dp/B00UO3JX8I

With shipping $20 from them. Not sure if needed or why it makes a difference.

OJ I checked out some videos and the action it put on the lures was amazing it's just a clip that goes around the rod with a u shaped piece hanging down this allows the tool to be slid up and down the rod before the first guide to achieve different actions depending on the lure you are using the tool is made of stainless steel and the part that goes around the rod is coated in rubber to protect the rod. You cast out then hook the line over the u and work the lure the angle of the line now makes vibrations to the lure pretty amazing check some of the videos and when you hookup just a flick of you finger removes the line from the tool before I went a bought one (they are cheap but not cheaply made) I thought maybe I would ask on the Stage if anyone used one plus they come in 3 sizes or you can buy the package with all witch I'm going to purchase so I'll have the tool to fit my saltwater gear, bass gear and trout. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸŽ£πŸ˜€πŸ‘I believe anyone that uses spinning gear that sees the video will purchase one

Hi Henry,
I watched the videos myself and am intrigued. Please let us know how well it works. I have a few months of ice to deal with now and am in no hurry (although My Wife needs something for Valentines Day) πŸ˜‚

Myself also this first storm we just had was a little too much I saw a video to make your own out of a paper clip I might do that and experiment before I buy but from what I see it would be killer for trolling πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸŽ£πŸ˜€πŸ‘

Ya the guy that said why not just twitch your rod made me laugh if you look at the underwater pool and body of water videos you can see why shaking the rod would never give you the action that the tool creates πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸŽ£πŸ˜€πŸ‘

I saw that most of those posts were from 14 years ago. Perhaps Bezos was sitting on a container full of them?πŸ˜‚
I did like the guy who recommended them for our Banjo minnows, Flying and Helicopter Lures, but I don’t think it will fit on the Pocket Fisherman 😒

There other places that carry them most say out of stock but they go for under 5 bucks if you buy just one the twenty bucks is through Amazon for 3 small medium and large I'm going to try and make my own and try it before buying I thought maybe someone on the Stage has used them since there' a lot of guys using spinning gear πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ˜€πŸ‘

Even if it increased my trout catching rate by 10 times it wouldn't be worth it to me. What's 10 times zero?
