We have a trip booked on the Chetco on Feb. 7 and 8. Will flows be too low for fishing?

I wouldn't say "too low for fishing", but definitely low and clear. I'd bring waders/boots, if you have them, as some of the better holes are likely gonna be a bit low to be just "floating through". More than likely ..."here's the spot, let's get out and fish".
I have not been over there for at least 3 years, and the flows were quite good (better) then, so I'm kinda guessing about the present conditions, sorry.
I'd definitely be in contact with your guide before you head out, to get his take on what to expect.
He could also tell you how to dress.... hehehe.... Here in the Rogue Valley (Medford) we've been seeing super dry, mid-20's early morning, 60ยฐ-65ยฐ by 3pm ! Not sure if the coastal areas have quite that much swing, but do come prepared for pretty much anything..... except, sadly, snow and rain. Nothing in our near future..... scary. Just today broke the record for longest period of days without measurable precipitation, starting from the first of the year....29 days. The rivers and reservoirs desperately need some rain, and the ski slopes that looked so great just before Christmas, now are starting to look pitiful. Still skiable, just gotta be careful of a few of the big rocks that might be showing through, not good.
Sorry for sounding like a "Debbie downer" about the weather, but hey, the upside is..... the sun will probably be shining on you while you're fishing !
The Chetco is known for some bruisers when it comes to winter steelies, so I wish you much luck on whatever you can hook up with. Above all, enjoy your time and the beauty of Oregon's south coast, one of the very reasons I moved here from Kansas, nearly 38 years ago.
Do let us know how you did and how the guide service goes. Always good to get some fresh first hand perspective from someone on the regional guides around here, their prowess, their demeanor...... YOUR success (?), etc. Thanks in advance for that, have fun !

For what kind of fish? Sturgeon? Flows donโt affect sturgeon.
We ended up doing some ocean fishing for rockfish and lingcod. We did well.
