Good to hear you're doing well. Good luck on closing Fri., just don't freak if something comes up between now and then. Usually can be fixed to satisfaction of all.

13* now, going to 16* later on and then getting bitterly cold and windy until Weds. I'm going out to plow soon and then come in and hibernate until about the first of April.

You had an MRI on Sunday, Ronnie? I didn't think they did MRIs on a Sunday. Good luck with that and the closing, buddy.
