Man I’m so glad I don’t live there. I have some relatives who live there East of LA in a place called Grass Valley. I don’t know how y’all can afford to live there.

Your a lucky man Hack. Texas is beautiful. Did some traveling from the eastern side of New Mexico, can't remember the names of the beautiful small towns but I really loved it. Went as far as San Antonio

Yeah it's way out of line. I retired 5 years ago and thought I would move but my wife won't think of it. All our kids live here. So I'm stuck. The loss of freedom is my main concern. Too many rules on guns, ammunition and you can't even purchase rat poison. Another big problem is thousands of homeless drug users.

Well, it’s a left turn swing state which is close to becoming a communist state. My cousins feel the same as your wife. They love it. I don’t get it...

I guess they don't know any different. Unfortunately California rules will bleed over into other states in time. Texas is no exception. I feel sorry for the ones that have the tast of freedom and now see the left change. Sad. Dinners on Hack, Bill

If you don’t go electric you better have a couple hundred gallons of gasoline on hand and it don’t stay good forever and when you can’t buy any more i think sheep would be good they will keep your grass down
They will give you wool
They will give you 🥩 🍖 meat
And if your lonely:;;;;;;well
And their crap 💩 makes good fertilizer
How can you loose
Everything is going electric the world 🌎 is
At a point of no return you think it’s only my
Lawnmower yes it is there are 300,000,000
People how many lawn mowers are there?
How many chain saws ? How many tillers ?
How many edgers ? How many other gas powered tools then you have bigger tools
And card times like over 100,000,000 at least I have 4 gas powered engines for the yard 3 cars 1 truck and a Motor home that’s one person how much pollution does that add up to now multiply times at least the 100,000,000 people like me and that is just the 🇺🇸 USA. Look at the weather more fires than ever before wind storms melting ice Until they find something cleaner
I’ll use electricity when i can
Hopefully they will get the cars right

If I have offended anyone I am sorry but we put ourselves into this and we need to get ourselves out of it we waste so much we throw away everything we poison our drinking water our soil is full of chemicals that kill the fish we love to catch our air will give you cancer it’s not going to be easy and we and our children will have to give up

Thank you for your time if you read all of this
And again I’m sorry if I offended anyone
It’s just how I feel you have your side

Hack, thanks for the enlightenment. Now that we know the details, who will answer some of the questions that are raised. You can bet it won't be anyone involved in the marketing of the "Green Movement ", because they are raking in the money. Buy the time it comes into the light, it will be too late,,,,,,,again.

You betcha Fred. I think after a lot of Dollywood folks buy one and realize what a mistake it is, or complain about how many times it’s been in and out of the shop, a lot of folks like us and the Dollywood folks will never have one, or another one. They’re too expensive, it’s a pain in the butt to find a charger on the road, it takes minimum an hour to get the batteries charged, and after the warranty is gone, they’re too expensive to have them worked on. Californians have eight years before they are mandated. If they want to continue to use their Gasoline or Diesel vehicles, I might by some stock in Rock Auto.🤔

Hello Hack,
I was under the assumption that in the year 2035 no new gas or diesel powered cars could lawfully be sold in California. You said 8 years EV will be mandatory. Is that correct? If so I better go purchase now. Bill

Right Hack. So far, only about 3% of lithium batteries are recycled. Where do the rest of them go???? Probably into the landfill, then into our water supply and maybe our foodstuff. Kind of like tossing a pebble into the water....ripples.
Besides, the electric grid is already under stress; add all those battery rechargers to it and see what happens. Brown-outs/blackouts anybody???

Blackouts and brown outs are inevitable. It seems like it's all by design. I would like to think not but if we know this.......than why?

Because the companies that supply the Electric power,
1) Either have their hands tied so they can't get to the Poles and wires anymore.
2) Can not remove the tree or brush in the power line areas.
3) Have had limits on what they can charge and NOT allowed to declare bankruptcy.
4) Have been pocketing the money for repairs and upgrades and not doing them.
BTW 1,2,3 are all in California. 4 is in Texas and other States.
The Power Companies will most likely be taken over by the Feds, and then it will be even worse. IMO
