Yeah that’s my go to place. In 21 a family showed up from Utah with a dog named Thor big shepherd that was very well behaved. Whole bunch of family. Hooked a lot of fish dog and dad were on aft deck of Surfrider for most of trip. Tagged Lings and rock fish for everyone else in the cabin. Crab too. Your close to Newport/Depoe.
