Welcome Tim. A lot of us on this site is planning a Met and Greet at Clinton Lake in May. Tried it last year but had to cancel because of the virus. Hope we make it this year. Keep an eye out. We might get to fish together

Welcome to the Stage Tim. Randyhartford would be your guy at Clinton but he may be out for the night. Others may be around if they see your post.

Welcome aboard Tim. I’ve never been to Clinton lake but I’m sure the crappie are biting. My brother-in-law went to Cheney with a friend for a couple days and they really got into them. They caught 120 the first day and 160 the second. Tossed most back but kept 12-17” slabs. They were catching them around 24’ deep just off the bottom. Might be closer.

Good mornin', Tim, welcome to the stage. OZ should see this, he is a good crappie fisherman who lives in KC and he might know Clinton Lake. He is usually not around until 8 - 9:00.

I have not been out lately.
Talking to friends all are catching 8-10 keepers, some doing this several days a week
Brush piles and you have to get down into brush or no luck

Howdy Gordon. I do hope the M & G can happen in May. If not I may have to pull a one man show. With the covid increase it doesn't look like the Canadian border will be open this year either. Clinton lake would be a good place to spend a week chasing smallies.
