Blaine, my coworker at the shop asked me to cover at the shop so he could fish with his buddy we call the eye master. They caught 6 all over 22” inches, I’ve got pics of 2 of their best, pretty good ones.

Jigging Whitey and they were actually up quite shallow in the river, 10 to 15 feet. I found that quite surprising.

Is that a bucket of chum in the boat? Just curious.

Yeah Plumb, it was 12* when they launched but little to no wind which they said made it tolerable. Ice starting to form on the river so they agreed that will most likely be their last outing for a while.

Beautiful Eyes Brad. I've gotta try a catch a couple of them this year.

Yeah Fred me too, but I’ve always gotta cover for him when he goes with his buddies. He’s put in his his time and deserves his time. I’ve got no problem with that whatsoever, like you’ve said before I’ve got no problem working at the shop.

I've never fished for them Brad. A couple of the lakes I go to have them, just never tried for them. I had planned to try last year, but never had a good drifting day. Hopefully this year. Working at the tackle shop is NOT working!!!LOL
