I would like to get into to some redfish and sea trout one day. Living a might far from the coast it would be a two or three day planned trip. Do you have a preference on eating one or the other?

I like speck better than reds but I'll take whichever I catch 🙂

I've eaten reds a long time ago but I know they are fun to catch like the drums in freshwater :-)
