Crazy huh? I've always wondered what goes through their minds? Or maybe they don't have one?

Why didn't they do catch & release, who wants to clean that many crappies? I'm with you, Jar and Bucky.

That’s just being totally stupid. Why would you do something like that? But maybe, the question we should ask, is,how many times have they done it before?

Reminds me of the story back in the late 60's.
Arizona Fish and game officers stopped a guy coming down from the lakes on the Salt River with 300 Bass and catfish on a Sunday night. He told the judge that he had been fishing all weekend. The judge deducted 60 fish, 30 Bass and 30 Catfish as those were the Daily limits. Then charged him $10 a fish! $2,400 fine.
Then the judge asked him where he caught all those fish.
"Will you drop the fine?"
"No."
"Then I won't tell you."

Well here in Maryland, Boat, car/truck, rods and reels, and lic would all be gone and a free trip to Jail at the same time.

It’s the same here. Sometimes the cops don’t want to deal with taking the vehicles or boats because they have to wait for tow trucks or if a guy says ok take my boat but the trailer for the boat isn’t a piece of equipment used until it’s on the road home. Knowing they did it before. Cops can confiscate anything used in the crime. It’s a good thing.
