I'm awake. UTI infection is hurting. Can't get antibiotic. No one will help. Anybody awake? I need the distraction.

Thnx Saw. Up at 4:30 am here. Feeling very uncomfortable with spasms and pain. Can't get anyone to write me a prescription for this UTI I have. Pissed and hurting.

Do you need to go to an Urgent Care facility to get some help? This may be something to consider. I hope you get some relief today as they have to help you get to Thursday anyway!

I'm so tired of this already John. Really don't feel like dealing with doctors and nurses that don't do what they say they are going to do.
Expect little from people, you are seldom disappointed. Thnx for your concern.

Do me a favor Leo. Pray for the people that are supposed to be helping me. Pray that they ACTUALLY DO what they say they are going to do. Maybe those prayers will work. I doubt it but what the heck.

Why no pain killers? I know the whole opioid thing but they'll give them to you after the surgery, why not a couple days before to get you there?

Cranberry extract or cranberry juice or a vitamin C supplement may also help a UTI go away faster by changing the pH balance of your urine to help keep bacteria from growing.
I drink a lot of V8 Berry Blend and or Orange juice and water most days. Haven't had a problem for a few years.

Thanks. I've got cranberry here on a regular basis. Unfortunately, my prostate combined with the infection is the issue. The prostate problem has to be resolved which will probably eliminate the infections.

Greg, I would bookmark this thread. Excellent advice now and future especially Shutupandfish's post. Good information to have on hand and can help now and might head off future problem. All we can do is pray and maybe stay up late to talk. 🙏 🙏
