I ran my gas grill all last year and as much as I could this year in a single tank of propane.
I have a spare I use to shrink wrap the boat
Well I bought a gas smoker
I pulled the tank off the grill cause the other was empty. And the one I pulled off the grill was nearly so
I fired up the smoker and went for a propane exchange , expecting I’d. change tanks halfway thru
Well this tank made it for 8 hours on lowest setting.
I’ve since smoked 3 more times and this thing is still going.
I can feel no sloshing and it sure feels empty.
Wish everything worked that way.
Makes a person wonder if it’s hydrogen instead of propane. I worked with Hydrgen and Lab grade propane. They have no scent but don’t leave any residue like over the counter propane will like on the pilot orifice in a small propane heater from the added scent

That tank sounds like the Energizer Bunny. Keeps on going and going and going
Yeah I think I heard propane filling stations are now fill propane tanks with hydrogen.😂😂
Propane is already over 70% Hydrogen anyway. Propane can be converted to 100% Hydrogen too. For someone that didn’t even know what wood GAS is and also thinks it’s a liquid not much should surprise me.
