Probably looking at major surgery. On top of that, my Social Security payments are still messed up.

I’m sorry to hear this. I did radiation treatment that was invented in Europe or Germany. I was told I had 5 years to live but no way I would live 15. It was a no brainer. I hope you have some options. I think you can have the drill option. Basically like a drill bit. If they say they want to remove it ask if there are more options. All the men on my dads side have had or will have Prostate Cancer. The saying every man will have it before they die may be true but some die in 20’s 30’s 40’s 50’s. That’s what my genetics have.

Good luck. My dad had it removed and still has cancer from it and afraid of it spreading constantly. I’m pretty happy with radiation treatment. My uncle lived into his 90’s after getting a radioactive pellet installed in his 50’s.

Sorry to hear that G. My fil had pellets put in 10 years ago and had radiation after but he has been fine ever since. Hope you get some good news soon from somewhere. You could sure use it

Thanks guys. Just to clarify, no cancer that I'm aware of. Just very enlarged. Had biopsy about 5 years ago on prostate. Negative. Just a lot of health and financial shit to deal with right now.

I had what's called a TURP a few years back. Laser surgery. I had a U. bladder stone the size of a walnut and while they were up there blasting that thing they gave me the resection as a little added bonus. Day surgery, went home with a bag strapped to my leg for a week or so. Take care of yourself G. Try to look on the bright side?
