Welcome Bigman. Plenty of suggestions on this site to help you. We do have other Maryland members. You may want to check with bait shops near you to see what works for the fish you mentioned. Water temp, time of year, water levels, etc, all impact the fishing. Good luck.

Read everything you can get your hands on, especially regional magazines. You Tube probably has something devoted to your area. Hang out at fishing piers launch ramps. Don’t be afraid to strike up some conversations.
