Hello, my name is dale. Retired from Idaho and moved to Florida with the rest of the old folks.hunted and fished all my life butt this flats fishing is a whole new game with different fish than I’m use to.I’m sure I’ll get back to you all with plenty of questions.just to green at the moment to ask the right questions. Welcome Dale. Leaving a great state. Wife has relatives there. Always enjoyed the trip. Large Mouth Bass the king in the fresh water arena. Lots of lakes. Like I have noted with others, don't ignore the small local ponds, often in or around developments. Some need permission, some give some don't. Also, many of the canals that run through areas hold good bass. Friend caught a 6lb 8oz LM in one of these canals last Spring. Good luck settling in. Have a Great Christmas and New Year.
