Been reading the forum for past half year and decided to introduce myself.Salmon Addict as some of my pics will show.I recently came into possession of a 16' Duroboat that allowed me to put over a dozen salmon in the freezer. I'm presently using the winter down time to completely replace the floor and make some other alterations to my boat including enlarging the T Top to cover any fishing companions I take out.Comfort is important when you spend hours out on the water.I look forward to showing progress pics of the boat in the near future.I also enjoy fishing steelhead, walleye and am starting to get set up for bass fishing. To tight lines and full stringers and wishing all a very Merry Christmas

Welcome aboard salmon addict! Great to have you. Since you have followed for a while,I'm sure that you already know the fun and flavor of the folks on this site. Lot's of good laughs, information, stories and a supporting spirit when times require it.
Thanks for sharing your photos and boating project as it begins! As you have also probably noticed, many times people use the "chit chat" section to cultivate conversations, etc. so not everything has to be absolutely about fishing!
It's a very smooth ride (participating), so you can sit comfortably and not worry about hitting any bumps!

Welcome to the Stage SA, and very nice intro pictures. That's a nice rig you have there, and putting your personal touch on it will make it even better. Good luck with the project, and keep us in the loop as she progresses. Tight Lines to you sir, and a very Merry Christmas.
Thanks all for the welcoming replies, looking forward to further correspondence and posting more pics in the future after finishing my boat build.hopefully some walleye and bass from a memorial weekend trip planned to Banks Lake eastern Washington.
Fish & Game screwed up fishing at Banks lake. You might want to try Moses Lake or the Potholes. There’s Walleye in the Columbia, you could also try trolling near Vantage. If you exit I-90 at Vantage and stay right past the dam, there is an excellent launch. Once in the water, there is a reef, so stay to the right until you come to the road sign arrow that points to your left. Your free to go from there.
Damn F&G,I got to know some spots by steamboat rock, now I guess will have to learn some new territory, probably Moses Lake.thanks for the info.

The last 2 letters of your watercraft registration are SA..."salmon addict"! Pretty cool coincidence I would say!
Howdy Neighbor! I'm in the Portland area and just got a 15' (red) Duroboat. It's waiting for a re-power so I haven't had a chance to enjoy it yet. Maybe I'll see you on the river some day!

Also when you reply to a post hit the quote reply button. Sometimes your reply doesn't always show up under the post you are referring too.
