Hello,

I'm a newbie. I'm Lynn, married female, retired with time to bass fish. I have a Ranger boat with 175 Mercury and a small aluminum boat for small ponds and lakes. I love bass fishing and try to spend time honing my skills whenever possible. Looking forward to information from this site and talking to those who enjoy the sport.

Welcome Lynn,
We have a lot of great fisher people on this site who have tons of knowledge and are willing to share. Enjoy your time on the Stage and feel free to share some pics, tips and tricks of your own.
I presume your lakes are turning over, with the warmer water on the bottom so the thermocline may have adjusted to be deeper than a month ago, so the fish may be suspended where the baitfish may be? Good luck and tight lines!

Welcome Lynn from NE TN. I fish Douglas, Tellico and Loudon lakes here for bass. No boat. The TVA has dropped water levels here by 40 to 50 feet. Tough to fish off the bank now. Water levels won't be back up until mid-May. Hopefully, you will have better luck in your part of TN.
