Lee here, a 75-year young angler that just dusted off his 50-year old fishing gear and is looking to try his luck around Seattle. I typically fish from shore but also have a kayak and small dinghy. Any thoughts on where to wet a hook? Maybe form a site “Topic” to share tips? 😊

Not much going on in Saltwater this time of year. Unless you want to try your hand at nighttime squid fishing, from some of the local docks.
Know anything about bass or crappie?
Yellow Perch fishing in lake Washington is good year around. In the Winter months they may go quite deep, up to 60 feet. Go to NWFR "Northwest Fishing Report" on the net. They keep a backlog of reports, so you can look up what happened at a given time and location, or find new locations from past years. It is no cost to join.
Didn’t know about that. Thanks. I’ll check it out.
