Funny how we just say “heck with it. I’m gonna eat like a pig and be miserable during the holiday season every year”? Never fails at our place. We eat healthy, pay attention to portions and feel great from January 4th through November 24th every year then just throw it all out the window for two months. Kind of a weird tradition at our place 🤷♂️

Funny, but I may be one of the very few people who LOST weight this week - weighed 232 lbs. on Tuesday morning, yet when I checked this morning, I was down to 228 lbs. !

Siblings are estranged/disowned and
all live back in the northeast - I didn't feel like doing all that work this year, so my buddy and I went out to a restaurant - they had special turkey and/or ham dinners on the menu,
but I just wasn't in the mood ! Had
a nice pot roast (they serve some really good comfort food) and was too full for dessert !
