I hit a bit of a cold streak the last few times out since the weather has turned cold up here in the Northeast. Only 1 bluegill on 3 outings even after being on fire for a few weeks prior. Seems to be coinciding with the sharp drop in temperature. What are my best bets both in terms of gear and techniques? I’ve honestly tried everything in my tackle box and every technique but I’m coming up pretty much empty here. Maybe a nibble or two each time out. I know cold weather fishing can be tough but I feel like I’m missing something. Help a noob out?!
