Sorry guys gotta leave early in the mornin to haul elk off the mountain.
Did you ever wonder why some people are followers and others are leaders?

Some folks just don't want to have the responsibility of leadership. To have control over other peoples lives is a very stressful predicament to place oneself into. Hard enough to do one's job and be productive but to ensure others follow your lead and get it right, takes the right person. I am sure we all have had a supervisor or boss that were only in that position because they thought they were due, not because they earned it.

Sometimes, you really have no choice. You look around and if you don't step up and take control, things will go to Hell! Just Sayin...RJS

I don't mind taking the lead if its something I know, but I have no problem following someone so I can learn.

Yep ! In over 50 years and at least
a dozen jobs, I've lost count of the number of inept bosses/managers/ supervisors I've had over me simply because they were 'Class A' butt-kissing brown-nosers who didn't
know squat about the job !

Lol. I know exactly where they are. I hauled em up there. It’s a high fence elk hunting ranch. I get the wild ones for MY freezer and I know what you’re talking about. Good stuff👍
