Beautiful day for fishing.....not so good for catching.
Beautiful day for a boat ride!! Not so good for fishing. Talked to 5-6 other boats with the same results.
Nobody told us there was a skunk convention going on. Oh Well, hear is a pretty good picture.

Never a bad day “fishing”. Let’s a person catch up on the important stuff a little when the “catching” don’t screw it up.
Nothing wrong with a day well spent out fishing! Especially a nice one as you have pictured! I'm sure that you still enjoyed the anticipation of a bite, changing lures, moving around and wondering what you were going to eat for dinner tonight! Nice post!

Beautiful picture OBG. What lake is that? Is that point normally under water when the lake's full? Sorry you couldn't find any that wanted to play. I'd still trade a day there, for a day in the shop. Thanks for the picture.

Just see’n the sunshine makes my day…🐟on
I have had several of those lately. But I still go because a day in nature is a day we’ll spent. Catching fish is a bonus

Thanks Fred. That is Diamond Valley Lake (DVL) in Hemet, CA. Has the reputation as the Premiere fishing lake in So. Cal. Twenty two miles of shoreline. Yes that point would normally be 25-30 ft underwater. Saw some new islands also. It beat sitting at home. They had a trout plant there a couple of weeks ago, but I think the big stripers ate a lot of them.
