For those that pre-rig your rigs, How do you store them without getting them all tangled up?

I’m working on my first drop shot rigs And want to avoid getting them tangled to hell. I have pre-rigged Ned rigs and others before and I have not been able to keep them straight

They have hook protector for your rigged lures or bait

Pick them up holding the weight.

I share your frustration, so a while back I bought 100 3"X4" plastic bags with zip locks on Ebay, not expensive.
After preparing drop loop, or whatever rig, I wrap them in a small circle, stow in bags and write line weight/type, type of rig, or whatever you want. I use a red sharpie for 20lb and blue for 30lb.

When done, they go into a larger bag, one marked in red (20lb) and one in blue(30lb). BTW, load up the rig with weight and hooks after you take them out of the small bag or you'll wind up with the mess you tried to avoid. They stow flat and take up little space.

I use loops for sinker and weight, takes about a minute to quick-load the rig.
Cheers!

Friend of mine uses old medicine plastic bottles. Put the lure in and pop on the cap. Can’t be the screw on kind of coarse. That’s for crankbait and jigs already tied on the line. Sorry

I use the wire bread ties that seal a bag of bread. I also get them from trash bag boxes. They are small unobtrusive and can secure your line to your pole.
