No there are different plastics that different manufactures use facts are indeed facts but not all of them use plastisol

PVC, polyvinyl chloride, also known as "plastisol" which I presume is a tradename someone owns to conceal the fact it is PVC.

It’s not silicone. As mentioned it’s plastisol. A microwaveable solution that thickens with heat. Starts out looking like milk and turns clear when its ready to mold and cool.

As I wrote, plastisol is PVC, a thermoplastic.
