True. I’ve heard that remembering things at my age is a plus. 👍 I DO remember fishing with my Grampa when I was pretty little. My Dad didn’t take me much and when he did I just remember getting yelled at a lot. My Mom took me fishing and hunting a lot and those are some good memories for me for sure. She wasn’t a h****r but she enjoyed fishing. She would just take me because she knew I loved it. She did, however, take me pheasant hunting every year and that was a highlight of my year every year. Deer and elk hunting was a little much for her so I had to figure that one out on my own. Hard NOT to remember those things. Mom is 92 now so it’s pay back time in my book and I’ve never forgotten all she’s done for me.
True. I’ve heard that remembering things at my age... (show quote)

Treasure each moment with her that remains. My Mom has been gone for many years, and I still think of her often. I don't believe there is a stronger love than a Mom's. Even when she was bitterly disappointed with me, her love was still there, unconditionally. I honestly don't believe anyone but a Mother can do that. Give her a hug for all of us sons and daughters. Be the best son you can be until the end, and beyond.

Yeah, that's what he looks like. Bet he grew up to become a bruiser.I still popped him into my
" Cute kid" subfolder of my main " Fishin Kids" folder. Need to make this into a montage and send it to the forum. Lots of them r from y'all anyway. But, my personal computer sk**ls are very weak. This winter for sure.
