Are those mullet like in Florida channels or a different fish altogether?
Nice trip there Troy. Looks like you enjoyed yourself. They look like croaker or channel mullet. They are good table fare. I know you said you usually don’t eat fish but you give them to your elderly friends. You’re a good man Troy.
Nice catching Troy...from what I have noticed in a few of your other recent posts...you are doing plenty of catching! Way to go and I know that some of your friends will be happy to see you show up with fresh fish meals!
Thank you for your military service as well as we remember what day tomorrow is!

Nice Troyford! Some fine eating there.
Thanks for all the friendly comments was a blast a very good day. I am not sure what else they are called around the world but we call them sea mullet here and also whiting which has a more silver color but people say it’s good eating. The elderly people be very happy. I also take them the fish batter and sometimes cole slaw and tea I clean them so all they have to do is cook them. Sometimes I get them all together and cook for them and it really cheer them up once I get them back home and in the house safely
Nice catch and some fine eating
