plumbob and plumjuice take a road trip

While on a road trip, plumbob and plumjuice stopped at a roadside restaurant for lunch.
After finishing their meal, they left the restaurant, and resumed their trip.
When leaving, juice unknowingly left her glasses on the table, and she didn't miss them until they had been driving for about forty minutes.
By then, to add to the aggravation, they had to travel quite a distance before they could find a place to turn around, in order to return to the restaurant to retrieve her glasses.
All the way back,plum became the classic grumpy old man.
He fussed and complained, and scolded juice relentlessly during the entire return drive.
The more he chided her, the more agitated he became. He just wouldn't let up for a single minute.
To juice's relief, they finally arrived at the restaurant.
As juice got out of the car, and hurried inside to retrieve her glasses, plum yelled to her, “While you're in there, you might as well get my hat and the credit card.”
This coming week is National Senior Mental Health Week.
You can do YOUR part by remembering to contact at least one unstable Senior(there are lotsa them on the Stage) to show you care.
I have now done MY part.

I am one of the senior citizens this is no joke I just did that type of thing 👎🤬 went out with my son last Sunday and I was working on my Boat getting it ready for winter we left the area where I store the boat and got on hwy drove 20 some minutes before realizing I left my wallet on the boat had to drive back and get it so like I said I’m one of the absent minded people I’m just glad I remembered it when I did

You are not alone ! Not too long ago,
I did my food shopping at a local market - when I was loading food in the trunk I took out my wallet to put the receipt in it and absent-mindedly
left the wallet on the seat of the shopping cart ! Got all the way
home before I realized - no wallet !
Drove back and went to the
'Customer Service' counter - when
I asked if anyone had found/turned
in a wallet within the past half-hour, the young lady smiled and told me
"I have it right here !" Seems some honest soul had found it on the food cart and turned it in, fully intact !
Wasn't concerned much about the little cash that was in it, but was
sure glad to have 'dodged a bullet'
as far as having to replace all the important documents like license, registration, insurance cards, etc. !

So true went fishing last week and forgot my tackle box had to pull over and buy new gear and pulling a boat is not easy to get in and out and still didn’t catch any fish
