I fish for trout mostly. When they're spawning they're pretty easy to tell apart. Otherwise, how do you tell a male from a female? I got no idea.

Well just like commercial crabbers it’s illegal to keep females because if you do that in the long run you’ll wipe out the species you need the females to keep the species going

Because some are good to eat. I mostly c&r, but not always, and I don't care if anyone else does as long they're legal about it.

We all have and make very good points if you don’t need to keep the fish 🎣 then very much so release them but if you plan on taking any home try to make it the males only for protecting the resources

I have a hard enough time trying to catch fish, now I have to tell the male from the female ? Hell its hard enough now to tell the males from the females at the mall.
