I have had that happen and as long as it isn't some official meeting requiring a quorum you get to make all the decisions and assign tasks to who ever you want and send out a memo of the changes and simply state as discussed and agreed upon at the ____ meeting here are the decisions and changes that were made. Of course you don't tell that no one showed up and if someone complains just say if you had concerns you should have come to the meeting and our next meeting will be ....

The silly thing is it’s a computer meeting. All the comments assuming that no one showed up are ludicrous. If you look at the picture you can see it’s a computer meeting.

oh come on the question wasn't was this a zoom meeting it was what would you do if you had a meeting and no one showed up. But I guess you could make a case that in this case it wouldn't matter in person or over zoom he really doesn't show up even when he is there. And then there is a question why do you put out note pads and pens for everyone around the table if it is going to be a zoom type meeting?
